We ship all orders across India via trusted courier partners. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at ₹60 per kg, rounded up to the next whole kg. For example:

• 1.0 kg → ₹60
• 1.5 kg → ₹120 (rounded to 2 kg)
• 4.2 kg → ₹300 (rounded to 5 kg)

Shipping charges are shown clearly in your cart and at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email. You can use the tracking number on the Skyking Courier website to follow your shipment.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Delivery Address

• Please provide your complete address including House/Flat number, Street, City, State, and PIN code.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address.
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave it with a neighbour.
