Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Adrishya Foods, we believe in complete transparency. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

🚫 No Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds once payment is completed, except in the case of an order cancelled within the 3-hour window (see below).

All sales are final after the cancellation period ends.

Cancellation Policy

⏱ 3-Hour Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of successful payment.

After 3 hours, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

How to cancel your order:

  1. Go to My Orders section on the website.
  2. Find your order β€” a red "🚫 Cancel Order" button will be visible within 3 hours.
  3. Click the button and confirm cancellation in the popup.
  4. Cancellation is confirmed instantly. Refund will be initiated via Razorpay.
  5. Refund credited to original payment source in 5–7 business days.
⚠️ After 3 hours, the Cancel button disappears automatically and cancellation is no longer possible.

Replacement Policy

βœ… Free Replacement β€” Damaged or Wrong Product

We offer a free replacement if you receive a damaged product or a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

To claim a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Our team will verify and approve the replacement request.
  4. Replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days (subject to stock availability).

Replacements are NOT applicable for:
